In order to reach the largest number of end-users and effectively engage target stakeholders, relevant authorities at multiple levels were identified. A list of all relevant stakeholders in the reporting and monitoring of the different European Directives and Strategies (Habitats Directive, Water Framework Directive, Floods Directive and Biodiversity Strategy for 2030) was generated. Selected authorities from the various administrative and geographic scale will conform the International Advisory Committee (IAC) of Cop.RIVER.
